1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Onne desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Onne is a local desktop application that provides a unified interface for various Google Workspace services via official Google APIs. It is provided "as is" and acts solely as a local client.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your local machine where Onne is installed. Because Onne stores authentication tokens locally, compromising your machine may compromise your Google Account access.

4. API Usage Limits

Onne interacts directly with Google APIs using your authenticated credentials. You are subject to Google's API rate limits. Excessive usage or automated scraping through the Onne client may result in Google temporarily suspending your API access.

5. Intellectual Property

The visual interfaces, design, and code structure of Onne are protected intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, or modify the core binaries without explicit permission, except where open-source licenses apply.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Onne is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will always function without disruptions, delay, or imperfections.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers or maintainers of Onne be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of the application.
