Why We Need Access

To provide a seamless, native desktop experience, Onne requires scoped access to your Google account. We operate on a strict local-first architecture. Your data is fetched directly from Google's APIs to your machine and is never routed through, or stored on, any intermediary servers.

Google Calendar: Allows Onne to display your upcoming events, daily schedule, and meeting times directly on your desktop widget, ensuring you never miss an appointment.

Google Tasks: Synchronizes your pending tasks to provide a unified view of your daily objectives alongside your calendar events.

scope: keep.readonly

Google Keep: Enables you to view your pinned notes and important quick-thoughts without breaking your workflow to open a browser.

Gmail: Required exclusively to surface high-priority email notifications and unread counts within the widget interface. We do not index, store, or analyze your email content.

Onne is built by developers, for developers. We believe in absolute data sovereignty. By utilizing OAuth2, you grant a cryptographic token that lives only on your local hard drive, which you can revoke at any time directly from your Google Account settings.
